We know from long experience that buying a home pre-construction can be daunting. In the early stages, we price our units very aggressively, and our team is here to help you make your selections and envision your new home and community.

But there are many advantages to getting in early. Prices will increase as the project moves towards completion. At SoL on Sunshine – our last pocket community – early buyers earned substantial equity by the time their units were completed and closed.
